Mandalas Atma Healing
Atma Healing was inspired by a course I took, led by Amanda Dreher, whose teachings and practices awakened in me the desire to create these mandalas and their accompanying messages.
This approach invites an expansion of consciousness and deeper self-awareness, working towards the release of patterns associated with emotional suffering and seeking to restore balance among the four elements — Earth, Water, Fire, and Air.
When these elements are in harmony, we create space to live with greater clarity, vitality, motivation, and emotional balance, while also fostering more harmonious relationships and a greater openness to prosperity.
