Mandalas Gratitude : A Look at What Life Offers Me
These mandalas are an invitation to recognize, appreciate, and give thanks for everything that is part of our existence.
Gratitude can arise from the simplest and most essential things — the air we breathe, our body, our heart, our senses, our emotions, and our home — but also from the experiences, people, knowledge, work, faith, and resources that accompany us along our journey.
As we draw and color each mandala, we turn our attention to something we so often take for granted. Giving thanks is about pausing, being present, and discovering value in what already exists. Each circle thus becomes a small space of awareness, where we can recognize the abundance present in life, even in the simplest of things.
